Constant temperature mixed water valve
Thermostatic Mixing Valve
Working principle
A heat sensor is installed at the water-outlet of the constant temperature mixed water valve, the valve core in the valve body is moved by the temperature sensor to block or open the cold, hot water-inlet. The hot water opening is increased while the cold water opening is decreased, when the temperature adjusting knob sets a certain temperature, the cold, hot water ratio at the water-outlet will be changed as well regardless of the change of the cold water-in or hot-water in temperature, therefore, the constant water-out temperature is ensured.

There are two arrows on the adjusting knob, which point to 30ºC and 55ºC respectively, which means the turning direction for temperature increasing and reducing. When it is the first time to set temperature, please adjust from the low temperature to high temperature to prevent scald. The end of the low temperature direction is to close hot water, while the end of the high temperature direction is to close cold water, It is possible to take bath by closing cold water and using hot water, if the hot water temperature is not high enough, but it is required to being adjusted to the low temperature after using to prevent scald when used next time.
